Instructor: Seth Biederman
If Bordeaux wine already blows your mind, this class is for you. If it doesn’t, then buckle up for a wild ride. Bordeaux is Earth’s leading wine-producing region with production of 900 million bottles annually. The wines are bold, consistent, steeped in romance, and boast scores of legendary labels. Learn the differences between Left Bank and Right Bank wines. Taste classics like St. Émilion and Médoc, affordable models like Entre-Deux-Mers, and examples mysteriously labeled “Bordeaux.” Practically all Bordeaux wines are blends of grapes, but you’d never see which varietals by reading the label. Fear not – we’ll help you make sense of this spectacular wine regionparkling wine.
Our special guest instructor, Seth Biederman, is an account executive with The Wine Merchant, one of Tria's longtime vendors. Seth was also Tria's first General Manager back in 2004! Always wonderful to welcome back a Tria hall of famer.
