Did you know that Pennsylvania boasts more than 30 producers of fine cheese? If you are a Tria regular, then you most likely do; our PA Playlist, an ever-changing cheese board of PA stars, is Tria's most popular cheese offering. Take that, Wisconsin!

In this session, Tria fromager and manager James Small will guide you on an exploration of seven of his favorites. (James has sampled A LOT of PA cheeses!) Complementary PA wine and beer will be served, naturally. After enjoying perhaps a bit too much cheese, you'll be prouder than ever to be a Pennsylvanian.*
