Maloof & Beddia's Oregon Adventure

Maloof-Feb-2020-263-1024x683.jpg

Philly’s Pizza King, Joe Beddia, also sort of makes one. Well, he made one with super-cool Oregon winemakers Ross and Bee Maloof.

You know Philly bon vivant Joe Beddia from Pizzeria Beddia, declared by Bon Appétit as America's best pizza. You should get to know Ross Maloof, a Philadelphia expat who ran Vedge's wine program and today with his wife Bee, is an awesome Oregon winemaker with an emphasis on whites. Joe and Ross are pals and together collaborated on Beddia Bianco, a Chardonnay (with a touch of Pinot Gris) available at Joe's pizza joint if you can snag a table.

In this class, which is bound to be as entertaining as it is delicious, the fellas will talk to us about making wine in Oregon and where all of their inspiration comes from.
