As the days grow longer and the flowers start to bloom, there’s no better way to welcome spring than with a glass (or six) of something sparkling! Join us for Springtime Sparklers, a guided tasting dedicated to the fresh, lively, and utterly delightful world of sparkling wines.
From elegant Crémant to crisp Prosecco, vibrant pét-nats to under-the-radar bubblies from unexpected corners of the world, we’ll sip through a lineup of six effervescent wines that perfectly capture the energy of the season. Whether you’re a fan of classic Champagne or looking to explore fun, fizzy finds beyond the usual suspects, this class will pop open a whole new world of sparkling possibilities.
Along the way, we’ll dive into the different methods of making bubbles, debunk some sparkling wine myths, and most importantly—discover your new go-to springtime sip.
Come thirsty, bring your sparkle-loving spirit, and let’s toast to spring!
Bottles will be available for sale after the class to enjoy with dinner at Spring Mill Café.
The class will take place at the iconic Spring Mill Café’s bucolic farmhouse in Conshohocken. Spring Mill Café is the local restaurant that has figuratively transported locals to France’s Loire Valley since 1978. For the complete experience, we suggest making dinner reservations before or after the class. We will be selling bottles for you to enjoy with your dinner.
