Join us for a smackdown where nobody gets hurt! Only delicious cheese, wine, and beer will be put through the gauntlet in this face-off.

Welcome to our Fermented Face-Off!

What is a fermented face-off you ask? While we can’t promise you a showdown as physically intriguing as a battle between Rocky and Apollo, we would love to have you accompany us for a tasting experience unlike any other.

Join Tria’s Wine Director, Lauren Harris, and owner, Jonathan Myerow, for a battle centered around five unique cheeses. This isn’t your grandmother’s pairing class, but instead, a tasting guaranteed to make you melt. Each cheese will be accompanied by a wine and beer of our choosing, leading to over 10+ possible flavor combinations. Expect local classics next to whacky and off-the-beaten-path combinations; crowd-pleasers that will make you the talk of the town are also guaranteed to be on display for your snacking enjoyment.

Come with an open mind and belly. We can promise that you won’t be disappointed. As always tasty Tria snacks will be served and we encourage you to join us for Tria's Happier Hour, from 4 to 6 pm before class!

Bottles will be available for sale after the class.
