You're already familiar with the particularities of French Champagne; however, what happens when a year like 2024 has tempered your Champagne tastes to be more aligned with a Prosecco budget? No need to stress, as we have loads of surprises up our sleeves when it comes to sparkling wine.
Fasten your seatbelts and return your seatbacks to their full upright position, because Tria's Wine Director, Lauren Harris is about to take you on a worldwide tour featuring a septet of sparklers. Stops include France, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and the United States, with no TSA screening and no jet lag. Even if you're not ultimately convinced to add bubbly to your everyday routine, it's not too early to celebrate the holiday season.

The class will be held at the iconic Spring Mill Café’s bucolic farmhouse in Conshohocken. Spring Mill Café is the local restaurant that has figuratively transported locals to France’s Loire Valley since 1978. For the complete experience, we suggest making dinner reservations for after the class. We will be selling bottles for you to enjoy with your dinner.
