Our journey, guided by Tria’s Cheese Director Tenaya Darlington (aka Madame Fromage), will give you a deep understanding of the “cheddaring” process, as well as allow you to discover cheddars of different ages and styles. Plus you’ll learn about pairing cheddar with a wide variety of food and beverage, from ginger beer to cider and even whiskey!

How to Enroll
1. Order your tickets. You will be asked to select a pickup location and time slot.
2. Come pick up your class materials the day of the class.
3. Go home, slip into something comfortable, sit back and enjoy.
